Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, after purchase.

Exchanges are permitted only within three (3) days of purchase and only upon presentation of the official receipt (original proof of purchase). To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging where applicable. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including swimwear, earrings, and intimate items, unless local law requires otherwise.

If a suitable replacement product cannot be found, a store credit voucher will be issued. This voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
